Il congresso si terrà dal 7 all’8 giugno 2019 e si svolgerà presso Palazzo Bo e presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Cardio-Toraco-Vascolari e Sanità pubblica e si terrà in lingua inglese.
Il Museo Morgagni di Anatomia Patologica in occasione del congresso ospiterà la mostra “Dentro la Forma”. La mostra consiste in un'esposizione di disegni di anatomia artistica realizzati dagli studenti del professor Mauro Zocchetta dell'Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia dagli anni 2000 al 2019.

Scienza e arte collaborano per offrire una comprensione più completa, viva e dinamica rispetto alla semplice rappresentazione fotografica del corpo umano statico e in movimento.
“Dentro la Forma” stata realizzata dal Prof. Mauro Zocchetta e dalla Dott.ssa Roberta Ballestriero in collaborazione con il Dott. Alberto Zanatta, il Dott. Giovanni Magno, il Prof. Gaetano Thiene e la Prof.ssa Cristina Basso.

The University of Padua in 2019 will host the second International Congress on Wax Modelling which is going to welcome experts, professionals and artists from the fields of Anatomy, Art History, Sculpture, Restoration, Conservation and Contemporary Art.

The congress will be held from 7 to 8 June 2019 in Bo Palace and at the Department of Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Sciences and Public Health. 
The Morgagni Museum of Pathological Anatomy will host the exhibition "Inside the Form" during the "Ceroplastics - International Congress on Wax Modeling". The exhibition consists in a series of artistic anatomy drawings made by the students of Professor Mauro Zocchetta of the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice between 2000 and 2019.

Science and art work together to offer a more complete, vivid and dynamic understanding compared to the mere photographic representation of the human body.
"Inside the Form" was created by Prof. Mauro Zocchetta and Dr. Roberta Ballestriero in collaboration with Dr. Alberto Zanatta, Dr. Giovanni Magno, Prof. Gaetano Thiene and Prof. Cristina Basso.
